THE HEART OF VRAJA
Radha Kund.
Gurudev’s home and place of bhajan, where hari-nama, sadhu-sanga and remembrance of Sri Sri Radha Krishna are close to the heart of daily life.
GURUDEV’S HOME IN VRAJA
A place dear to the heart.
Radha Kund is deeply dear to Gaudiya Vaisnavas as a sacred place of devotion to Sri Sri Radha Krishna. It is also Gurudev’s home and the place so closely woven into his life of bhajan.
In his own account, Gurudev speaks of coming to Vraja for bhajan and receiving the shelter of sadhus and Vaisnavas. His disciples’ 2020 introduction describes his life at Radha Kund, and the volume identifies Nitai Dham in Ram Chandra Ghera.
As we read his teachings, we return to these simple threads of devotional life: remembering Sri Sri Radha Krishna, chanting hari-nama and keeping sadhu-sanga.
